I think lighting can be provided by your dj or florist…my SIL’s wedding was at a loft space downtown and their florist did the uplighting and pinspotting.  They used Mille Fiori Flowers & Events.  My wedding was out of town but our florist also did our lighting.  (FYI, lighting is shockingly pricey so I’m not sure how much variation there is on price)

Levy Lighting is a preferred vendor for my reception venue… Maybe you could try them?

I think I’m using a family friend who works for a corporate lighting company  — Andrews Michael.  They may be cheaper because they specialize in corporate events but have worked in many popular wedding venues

My DJ just started doing uplighting and charges $299 but I guess it depends on your area.  Luckily he is a friend and is giving it to us at no extra cost.  I would check with your DJ and see if he has these lights or not.

My DJ also does uplighting so that’s who’s providing it at our reception.  Check with your DJ
