I have just received my Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses from Lightinthebox. so thought I’d let you know how it went.
I was impressed by the customer service at the start, but on the day my order was due to be shipped, I tried to login and check the status and my password had stopped working. There is no way to contact LITB customer service unless you are logged in, so I ended up trying to contact them through live chat. I was told that my order would be dispatched at various times over the next few days, but no one was able to give me a new password to login and check the status myself. So I posted a negative review on their website with my order number. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the company, confirming the order dispatch date and offering me a $60 discount, which I accepted and have received. I was a bit stressed out after this, but relieved when they called me.
From the dispatch date the dresses took 4 days to arrive in Australia. The whole process took about 1 month total.
The dresses are great, exactly the colour I wanted and feel much heavier and better quality fabric than I was expecting. One of my bridesmaids is the same size as me, so I took some pics of the dress on me. I ordered a size bigger on the basis that its easier to alter a dress down than up – this dress is a little big but will hopefully be easy to alter.

All in all I am happy with the dresses and the colour and quality. The ordering process was a bit stressful, but they did give me a discount for my trouble. I would therefore recommend this company to other bees. Hope this helps if you’re trying to decide whether to order a dress from LITB!
