I’ve already had an appointment with Geoff (owner) and Christelle (sales) and got a great vibe from them.  They’re prices are SO great, and I didn’t find they tried to push me too much into spending more.  In fact they were very understanding about keeping costs low.

I love that they’re base package, at $30 per person for a table service meal, INCLUDES the option of a wedding cake, made to your style, by their in house dessert chef.

I’m going for a tasting on Monday, and will most likely pay the deposit at that time.  I’ll let you know how it goes.

We just finished our tasting appointment. We chose pork rack and prosciutto & spinach stuffed chicken, which is an $8 upgrade.  It was great, the ingredients seemed great quality and it was cooked well.  We also tasted cake options (cake is included in the base price).  We tried chocolate cake/chocolate mousse layer cake and vanilla with raspbery filling and buttercream filling.  The chocolate was VERY rich, and I loved the vanilla raspberry for summer, so we chose that.

We are paying $38 per person, for approx. 75 people, the grand total (including taxes and service fees) comes in at $3998.  And because we upgrade our main course from the basic chicken and basic beef, Christelle threw in modern square plating for no extra charge as well as both sweet potatoe AND rice with vegetables as opposed to potatoes OR rice with vegetables. That was nice.

Another important point that I want to mention is that they do not care if you bring in food from other vendors for a late night snack, dessert spread, fondue table, anything.  I thought that was certainly a plus – keeps our options wide open for additional food tables and treats.

We were also very happy that they often work at our venue, which is the Glebe Community Centre, so they know it well.  We’ve already payed our deposit to reserve our date!

So far, would certainly recommend!

Hi Bees!

I am also considering going with L’indocile and have had a good experience so far on the sales side. Like others, I can’t find any reviews on them. If anyone has used them already, can you comment on your experience with their “day of” performance?

Any insights would be wonderful!!

Hello Bees! Just wondering if any of you who were planning on using L’indocile could let me know how it went? I am setting up a tasting soon, I just wanted to know if anyone had any issues the day of.

am88:  I’m wondering what your experience was like with Lindocile on your big day! They are a top contender for us right now but I’ve only found one review online and it was HORRIBLE. If you can pass along any experiences and or advice you have, I’d greatly appreciate it! I hope your big day was everything you ever dreamed of! A 🙂

hippieali:  Hi there,

I notice that these questions/ reviews were posted at least a year ago- did any one end up going with Lindocile as their wedding caterer? If so, how did it go? We are ready to pur out deposit with them and am wondering what the outcomes have been as there are not many reviews on line/ the ones that are there are very old.

Cheers!

Hi there! 😀 I know this is an old thread, but we just had our wedding this past Saturday (August 6th) and we used Lindocile catering 😀 They were amazing! They were so professional, so friendly, the food was delicious the wedding cake they made us was incredibly light and fluffy. Everything was perfect.

My mom even made a bunch of vegetarian food for our guests and there was no problem with the caterers – they just served it along with their food. We got the buffet style package and it couldn’t have gone better.

They took care of the tent, tables, chairs, and cleaned up everything after. They brought everything to us a couple of days in advance so we were able to set it up. Totally recommend Lindocile!
