Ladies, I just had worst nightmare of my life and need to warn others. I purchased all my linens and chair covers from Linen Tablecloth in February for my wedding reception April 2nd. Last month when no confirmation and no linens, I began to be concerned and tried calling Linen Tablecloth. All their phones have been shut down as is their Live Chat. I sent them over 20 emails and not once did they respond. Finally after leaving negative feedback on their Facebook page and on Wedding Wire, I received a response. I was assured my linens would ship right away. They never did ship. I had to scrampble last minute and order from another company. Now having to go through Chargeback process against Linens Tablecloth. If considering buying here, please do your research 1st, they have 100’s of very negative reviews, all recent. Look at their F- Better Business Bureau rating and lastly, tey communicating with the company 1st. Even if I save 1 bride all the headaces I went through by psting this, it will be well worth it.

That is so sad to hear, I’m sorry you went through that! I don’t know what is going on with the site – I bought all of our linen and several other little decor items in several purchases the last few months but never had any trouble at all.

Their website looks like it’s running all right. I bought from them, at the fraction of the price of rentals and recommended them, to a lot of people.

Oh my goodness – I ordered from them.. There was an issue with my order but they were absolutely wonderful! Even sent us free stuff for the hassle!
