Day to day I use Burt’s Bees and CO Bigelow lemon & pomegranate cream. I like the bigelow balm more, but I keep the Burts in my desk drawer.

Plain old Carmex. Have been addicted to it since high school. Can’t stop!

I don’t like using my fingers to put on lip balm, and I don’t like anything thats tingly (even Burts Bees ,akes my lips tingly) or wierd tasting, yet I’d like all natural.

I ended up finding and loving this one from http://www.bubbleandbee.com Its just plain, unscented, organic lip balm, made from sunflower oil, beeswax and cocoa butter. I love it!

@Jackie-O I think you are my lip balm soulmate. I too have a huge obsession. I can’t tell you how many I’ve tried, loved, hated and how much money I’ve used on lip balm. I’m glad to see someone else has the same obsession!

I’m in love with Carmex. I know it’s not the fanciest and tastes funky but it keeps my lips SO hydrated, it’s long lasting, cheap, and gives them shine but not too much.

Also love good old Vaseline. I use it every night and in the AM. I need to buy it in pocket size so I can take it to work with me!

I really want to try the RoseBud Salve. Where do you buy it?

I’ve used the Burts Bees before and didn’t really like it. What kind does everyone use? Maybe I’ll give it another shot!

Hahahah, I was slathering on the Burt’s Bees just as I pulled up this thread. Coincidence? I think not!  🙂

I recommend the original Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm. I do NOT like the honey one. It smells weird to me.

So glad to see I’m not the only “Bee” who is loyal to Burt’s Bees!

I can’t find it at all anywhere but it used to be found in the lotion section at Walgreen’s: CocoCare’s Cocoa Butter lip balm. It had a yellow tube with brown writing. It was the best I had found anywhere. At the time, I used to have the worst chapped lips that would crack and bleed. There wasn’t anything else on the market that worked in my experience anyway to remedy the problem. After using this just one time, they healed good as new the next morning.

The next best lipbalm I have found is Aquafina.

Those are the only two I have had good experiences with at all. Personally, I prefer tubes to pots. I hate using the pots because the wax gets under your nails and on your fingers and they just seem messy, but that’s me.

I actually really like the cherry flavored vasoline chap stick. It’s kinda gross, but it really works!
