So my doctor is putting me on an all liquid diet for about a week. I have to drink ensure. Mostly because I need the calories and the nutrients. I also plan on drinking some bottled smoothies just for something different. Does anyone have any other suggestions for things that are healthy and a liquid? Thanks guys.

@MissAquamarine: Are you allowed to do homemade smoothies? I like to do green smoothies with a lot of different fruits and a ton of spinach thrown in! You can’t taste the spinach, I swear.

And if you’re doing homemade smoothies in a blender, throw 1/2 cup of oats in!
