Hi there!

Haven’t used the site but I’m in the same boat – really thinking about it.  I haven’t ordered the swatches yet but am pretty excited you said they felt nice!  I’m trying to think of it like this: if they get both (since they get TWO dresses mailed to them) dresses 2 weeks before the date and neither fits, they have two weeks to get it sorted out with the company, you know?  Glass half full?

My worries are for a plus sized bridesmaid who is also quite short.  I’m not sure how sizing would work on her.  So we’ll have to see…

@besawke:  That would be amazing and I would really appreciate if you’d keep me posted!  My mom had told me to do the same thing – just order one for myself to see the quality and fit.  I ordered the swatches over the weekend, and found out there’s a 5% off coupon code good through 07/15 (type APW).  Good luck!

We have been considering this too but it is scary.  I think the style we liked was called “Hillary”.  I’d love to hear how it goes for you.  Thanks to all of you!

I’ve also been looking into this as I’d like to let my girls choose their own styles.  Can’t wait to see pictures!

Hi Ladies! Just saw this thread and thought I would share my experience.

I had a dress debacle 4 weeks before our wedding. 10 months before the wedding all my girls ordered dresses online from JCrew. They were final sale because the color (jalapeno) was discontinued. Three of my bridesmaids waited until 4 weeks before the wedding to tell me their dresses didn’t fit. I was scrambling for another option for just the three of them to match as best I could with the original dresses (so the other girls didn’t have to spend more money).

Littleborroweddress.com was the BEST solution. They worked with each of my girls to make sure they had the right sizes this time and let them know what dresses were still available. They arrived with plenty of time to make sure they fit. On the day of the wedding they couldn’t stop talking about how great the dresses fit and looked. They were comfortable and flattering for everyone. And in the end, the mismatched dress styles ended up looking planned. The color was so close no one could tell! I would recommend them to anyone!

Here are some pics. I don’t have all the pro shots back yet- see if you can tell which are the original and which are rented.

These are the three rented dresses in the background.

Hey ladies, I’m back!  I went with this company and it went really well.  I was nervous that they wouldn’t all get here in time, etc, but they all got there a few days before the 2 week mark. 5 of my 6 girls live in the same city, so they were able to share shipping costs, which was a bonus.

Everything fit except for one bridesmaid, but she was able to bring the dress with her to the mall and buy a corset so everything was adjusted.  She looked amazing on the wedding day.

The quality of the garments was great.  My girls all picked the Julie (Co-MOH in Sage and 4 BM’s in Plum).  The Julie has slight padding or lining in the bust, but all of my girls had to wear strapless.  That was my one gripe with the company: none of the styles let you wear a normal  bra.

You can’t beat the price, which is the exact reason we went with this option.  All of my girls flew in for my wedding, so I really didn’t want anything even at $100.  I would highly recommend.

Bump! Has anyone else used them (even better if you have pics)? I’m thinking of using them for my wedding next year.
