We checked it out when we were scouting places.  It’s VERY pretty, inside and out!  Their packages are all-inclusive, so you really don’t have to think about much, they do it all for you.  We had already booked our photographer, though, and there’s no way we’re giving him up… and they wouldn’t let us use an outside photographer, so we ultimately didn’t choose to book there.  Like I said, the chapel and grounds are gorgeous so I don’t think you’d be disappointed!

There is also a Vegas board on here, which is helpful for Vegas-specific questions  =o)

I’m actually getting married there in April. I’m hoping it’s as nice as the website and everyone says it is. πŸ™‚  I can let you know how it goes when I get back, if your interested…just let me know.

I’ll be following this thread with interest too! Also from the UK (NI) and it’s just my OH/FI and I going there to wed this July. Have heard great things – not really nervous really, just excited and curious. To us, the cermony is just the start of the honeymoon right now (although on the day and afterwards, obviously, it will be our WEDDING DAY of which we will have memories to treasure forever afters too!!)

Sheidt, GOOD LUCK!! Enjoy

I’m getting married at the CotF in May. So glad to see others like the venue as well! We saw it online, put down our deposit THEN decided to go to Vegas to check it out.

Truth be told, the grounds of the venue are very nice, but the surrounding area doesn’t leave you with much confidence when you pull up. I believe it’s an ARCO gas station on one side and a seedy motel on the other.  Just a warning!

I just saw this post the other day of a bride who posted pics from her wedding held there: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/our-3612-vegas-wedding-very-pic-heavy-1

@sheidtWhich venue did you pick?  We selected the outdoor venue πŸ™‚

I picked the La Capella chapel (by default…we were going to go with the smaller one, the magnolia, I think) we ended up having WAY more people that wanted to come too, so we had to bump up to the big one! πŸ™‚ The outdoor garden is really beautiful in the pictures I’ve seen of it!

I just wanted to let you all know that my experience at the Chapel of the Flowers was AWESOME! πŸ™‚

Everyone that we worked with was wonderful!  Archel (my planner) took care of making sure all the details were taken care of at our consulation a few days before the ceremony. She confirmed my make-up appt as well.  On the day of our wedding coordinator and photographer were awesome. Everything went perfectly and we got some amazing photos!! My bouquet was perfect…I had just emailed them a photo of what I wanted and it was exactly what I wanted.  The grounds are beautiful.  Yes, there are a few shady places around the location….but those are everywhere in Vegas.  This chapel is BY FAR the best looking when comparing it to any other that we drove past the entire time we were out there.  And once you are on the grounds, you totally forget what’s next to it (plus you can’t see or hear any outside noise once you are on the grounds).  I will try to upload a few pictures if I can figure it out.  Let me know if anyone has any additional questions! πŸ™‚
