Oh dgil that sucks! I just saw your reply to my post. I can’t believe that they won’t even send you a SWATCH. that’s ridiculous!

I hope that it goes well – the dress looks great. Hopefully it can be fixed w/o too much trouble. I think you’ll look great in it anyways!

This is a BIG lIE ladies DO NOT ORDER FROM Little Coral. I did and it was the biggest mistake of my life!!! OMG, I can’t even go into details that’s how long it would take. I wanted to warn ALL brides of this. I even create a new account as I forgot my orginal wedding bee password just to let EVERYONE KNOW!!! DO NOT DO IT!!

If someone ordered something they will expect for it to be 100% the same…not 80% not 90% ONLY 100%. This is what you call honest. As of now, your company is giving false adverstisment. I did not receive what I ordered. That is not fair and it is not honest.   The waist, the back cut of the dress, the form of the dress (the dress was sent as A line), the bow of the dress, the top strap of the dress. I will be contacting pay pal to get their opinion on this and I will also send the pictures of the dresses. I’m sure I’m not the first customer that your company has done this too.   your return policy says

Hi Sophi, Sorry for the inconvenience again. We made your dresses according to the measurements you provided, and double checked the measurements before shipped them, Are the measurements correct?

 

We have a lot of customers like you and also so busy everyday. But in order to resolve your question asap, we have two proposals:

 

1) You fix the dresses yourself locally, we return you $15 as the alteration cost, the total for the 7 dresses is $105, it’s our underline.

 

2) You send your dresses back to us, after get it within 20 days and confirm it’s fine, we’ll refund your money according to our return policy.

 

 

If you insist to send your dresses back, we also agree to it, but according to our return policy, we could only refund your money deducting the following cost:

1) The rush cost $75 was paid for the rush service, you got your dress in our commited delivery time, so the rush cost can’t be refunded.

 

2) For we also waste about $200 on the shipping cost, and if you return them, you’ll own bear shipping cost.

 

3) We made your dress according to your requests about color and measurements, if you return it, we need deduct a part of cost of fabric and restock.

 

The eighth dress is $115, you paid us $890, for the 7 dresses, each dress is only $100,  we’ll deduct $20 as the shipping cost and handling charge and return you $80 per dress.

 

So when we get your returned dress within 20 days (before Oct 20th) and confirm it’s fine like we shipped to you, we’ll refund you $560. If can’t receive your returned dresses before Oct 20th, we’ll not be able to refund you, thanks for your understanding.

No. This unacceptable. Fiona, be serious It’s not just the flowers…the whole dress do not match at all …and you see that….you know that. I do not have time to go back and forth. As I mentioned before because I know I do not have much time before my wedding I decided to check alteration price to give thisstyle of dress a chance. To get the dresses altered it’s $57.84 per dress. This is too much. It’s either one of the two option

  1. I remain with these faulty dresses that you sent and you refund me for alternation price because the dresses do not fit any of the girls. And this is not the dress that I ordered.
  2. Or

    2.  refund me the whole amount. As I have found a local store that I can rush order my dresses from.

     

     

    I do not have a lot of time to go back and forth. I would like to resolve this with little coral. However, I must say that I am very disappointed in the workmanship. It feels like I’ve been rip off of my hard earned money. You guys lied to me. This is not the dress that I ordered.
