Walking down the aisle to “Make Me Whole”, getting to wear my dress, the silent moments when we get to look into each others’ eyes,  and mingling with everyone.

I can’t wait until everyone realizes that the programs are fans & they can give themselves a breeze.

I can’t wait to see if anyone really listens to our “readings”, one is amazingly worded and says alot about our love for each other.

I can’t wait until everyone gets to the hall and enjoys cocktail hour.

I can’t wait to see Fiance for the first time.

I can’t wait to take our photos.

I can’t wait to see our cake & our cookie bar!

I can’t wait to see how the center pieces turn out.

I can’t wait to do our sparklers photo shoot, just the two of us and our photographer!

I can’t wait to end the night, married 🙂

You ladies will crack up at me.

I went to Homegoods (for those of you who don’t have it, it is a discount decorating store- sheets, glasses, decorative items). It is my fav store for home stuff. Anyway, I just happened upon a metal bucket- almost like a small wash tub, with a handle on each side. It is my wedding color, a royal purple. The color is an exact match.

I was so excited to buy it to put ice and drinks in, so people can have water (and maybe sneak some champagne), right after the ceremony. In fact, I was so excited…well, I was up all night, thinking about my purple ice bucket.

I cannot wait till I walk down the aisle and we see one another for the first time — I’m excited for that moment to know we are married and its REALLY HAPPENING! I am so grateful we are doing what we are — and when we are. 😉

All the little details:

  • Our escort cards: we made personalized baseball cards with each guests’ picture & fun facts about them on the back (teams/numbers are their table numbers)
  • Our “guest book”: we printed up 8×10 glossies of each party of guests to autograph with well wishes
  • The groomsmen manning the escort card & “guestbook” tables…these 4 guys have known Fiance since they all were 7 years old & were all employees in FI’s Sports Memorabilia store (yeah, my Fiance was an entreprenuer at 16)…they’ll be wearing retro version of their employee t-shirts
  • my Flower Girl in her Princess Tiana gown & tiara
  • Our pineapple logo on the candy disks atop our each cupcake in our cupcake tower
  • Getting ready with my girls (BMs, Flower Girl, MOB)
  • The pineapple shaped shortbread cookies my mom found to scatter on the tables at our Welcome Party

And the biggest thing of all…being husband & wife!

I love everything I’ve planned but this is one little detail I can’t wait to see:

My florist is doing an elephant made of flowers, similar to this.
