Im having my civil wedding in an outside gazebo which is uber simple. I don’t plan to do much other than a flower arrangement and white table cloth where we sign the papers. Then i saw these little glass things which i love
The civil is pretty short (as in under 30 mins). and our “main” wedding is the religious one later in the day (here in mexico legal and religious weddings are seperate)
They aren’t expensive, and the flowers wouldnt be either. Is it just a waste of money? Fi thinks so, but i’d kind of like something to jazz up the gazebo a tiny bit for photos
im really indecisive!!

They’re cute, but honestly I wouldn’t bother if it’s only a 30 min ceremony. Especially since those decorations look very fiddly – it’s not just something you can make ahead of time and plonk down, you have to hang them all up individually.

I think the scale of those on a gazebo will end up looking cluttered in pictures. I think you’d get more bang for your buck with a scatter of colored petals.

@crayfish: i didnt think about it looking cluttered.its so hard to judge without actually being there.
i could go with petals and see if they can do some simple (cheap) draping over the entrance instead if the little glass things wouldnt work
do they actually have a proper name? ‘little glass things’ doesnt sound quite right!
