Our venue offered this service for free. It was awesome… quite a few overseas friends and family unable to attend watched. And they gave us a free DVD that we just watched on our anniversary!

if you have grandparents or close family that can’t travel, i might consider it. i don’t love the idea though. i can’t imagine telling someone “oh i didn’t invite you, but you can watch this link” the sound/picture quality probably wouldn’t be very good either.

I would definitely save it for people who can’t make it, not people that you didn’t invite, but I love the idea! It’s great for people who are too far away to travel but still want to see you married.

Hw do you go about doing this? My daughter’s fiance is from South America and his immediate family is having trouble getting their visas to come to the wedding. That sounds like something we would do so his mom can wacth the ceremony. A mother should be allowed to see her son get married!

I’d say about 7 people made a point to tell me they watched and really enjoyed it. The venue had several cameras it shot from and the sound was good. People who viewed our wedding web site and people who were invited to the wedding(and visited the web site) had the password to watch.

I don’t have any insight of how to do it unfortunately, but I wish you luck!

Miss Poodle streamed her ceremony for her family in Chile. I’d say go for it!

I didn’t do it, but my sister-in-law who was married in Vegas did. Their wedding was very small and was planned very quickly, so there were many people who could not attend.
