We ran into a bit of this as well. My call was to purchase a house that’s big enough for us and in a neighborhood we like, where my future husband will live until the wedding while I stay at home with my parents. He’s helping me with some of the mortgage cost. It is tricky though! Best of luck!

Can you stay living at home, but splash some of the cash you’re saving on something that will actually make your life easier? Eg: taxis to go to hers and stay over for a few nights, an air BnB for a few nights to get away from it all? In between wedding planning, the next 6 months are going to disappear and then you’ll be able to move into a place that belongs to both of you rather than her moving into “your” place

Can you just rent a room near her for now and then once married, move into a bigger place together? Moving super sucks and I would not want to do that twice in 6 months! Renting a room should be cheaper and at that point you’re really only moving one bedroom worth of stuff.
