So I guess you’re worried about when everyone lines up to do the processional, him seeing you? Is there a getting ready room off of the narthex?

I would have him go first with the grooms men and his parents or whomever is in the processional. When he lines up with the groomsmen you can wait out of sight and then have your father signal to you when to come out. Once he starts walking he won’t see you. There’s often a slight pause and music change between the attendants and the bride anyways.
