Peaceoutboyscout:  I think several shops are having this problem on Etsy. I’m buying a dress from one place right before their shop went down. I sent them an email and they said that Etsy paused their shop for an unknown reason and is working on getting the shop back online.

Peaceoutboyscout:  you should still be able to message them. If you can’t get on the page at all, try looking in your past purchases to find them.

There was an etsy shop that sold the same products as LOGR, I’m guessing they use the same vendor in china. Anyway I bought from this shop and about a month later they closed down, and I’m guessing it was from complaints because they were rude and etsy is very strict. I couldn’t imagine this happening with LOGR, they have great customer service and have so many customers. I’m sure it’s just a glitch and they will be back up soon.

Peaceoutboyscout:  Me too! I had something in my cart from LOGR and went to check it today and had the same reaction as you. Thanks for posting this!

Peaceoutboyscout:  The lady currently making my dress has the same thing going on. I nearly had a heart attack when I went to find her and it said the link was an error. I messaged her and she didn’t really explain the problem but said she was working on my gown and her store would be back up next week.

VERY glad to hear that it’s not just me b/c I was still a bit nervous. Thanks!

LOGR shuts down from time to time. I think it is as a PP suggested, due to complaints and Etsy investigating. I purchased a setting from there and recieved some crappy stones they wouldn’t replace. I opened a dispute, left a bad review, etc and they shut down for a week or two. I never got any money back or anything.

They do nice work – I love my rings! My side stones just aren’t eye-clean but we have purchased replacement stones out of our own pockets.

208bride:  That is kind of alarming that they can randomly shut down and then you’re out the money! That is awful!!!

gkennedy:  I tried to search them on ebay but couldn’t find them. What is their user name? I searched LOGR.
