I don’t think it’s necessary to add another salad. I think those three basic ones are fine. I don’t know about your crowd, but in my crowd, I don’t think I’ll get too many takers for quinoa (though I personally like it) or bean salad. I think the lack of hot hors d’oeuvres is fine as long as the weather isn’t cold. I think Mediterranean antipasto is better when the weather is warmer, like the Mediterranean. It’s nice that you have the flatbread as well for some carbs.

I would love a poutine station as that’s really unique (but then again, I’m not in Canada). I would like this more than pizza and it seems more “snack-y” than pizza. It also seems less messy.

@Mookie:  Haha. The only thing that changed is that now I REALLY want to attend your wedding. The food sounds amazing! I wouldn’t change anything for sure!

And yah, definitely keep the poutine bar. I love that you have vegetarian options and that apparently it’s unique. I’m all about unique. (BTW, are there supposed to be cheese curds?)

I would vote poutine rather than pizza, but that sounds like PLENTY of food! No additions needed!

    Doesn’t poutine have cheese?

It all sounds delicious! I was thinking of a couscous salad, but I agree with everone else- there’s already a ton of food, so it’s not necessary!!

I think pizza or poutine would be kind of messy, especially after people have been hitting the bar..I guess just provide lots of napkins!

Sounds awesome..maybe if you want hot apps in addition to what you already have (which looks awesome and is totally plenty), you could add the pizza to the cocktail hour and have them cut the pieces small…like gourmet pizza canapés!

I like the poutine better than pizza for a late night snack, just cause fries are my sweet beloved passion.

Seriously though, this looks great as is. I love quinoa, but I don’t think you need a fourth salad unless its something that you super love and want to eat on your wedding day.

@Mookie:  Looks delicious! Would be the best menu at any wedding I have been to!

Plus, I LOVE the poutine bar. My favourite food in the world, and I wish our venue would create that option for us, but they won’t stray far from what they normally offer.
