hey girl, happy early birthday! after all you’ve been through lately it’s no wonder she’s on your mind this time of year. that happens with me in March since it’s the time of year that it’s her birthday and that our 2 other closest friend died in a car crash. we bonded hard over that tragedy and it just reminds me that if they were still alive how different our lives would have been – it might have been How I Met Your Mother-esque but instead it’s like… ummm.. some show about a lonely girl who has an awesome husband? lol.

Last night I was telling Darling Husband about the Lonely Girls Club and he got so sad for me and wants to help once I move down (we’re long distance right now)… except his suggestion was CrossFit (eek!). he did say that we were best friends though and gave me a “you’re just too awesome for most girls” pep talk, which was super sweet.

@Legallyblondiebride: Hey girl!  I’m so sorry you’re feeling sad and nostalic…I think it’s hard this time a year for lots of reasons. It makes me sad for other reasons (family members who have passed).  My only suggestion is to maybe plan a really romantic night in with your Fiance and just focus on the two of you.  That way you can focus on your real BFF!  … and happy early birthday!!!

@Legallyblondiebride: lol! yeah he might get some funny looks for that one ;] thank goodness we don’t have the same trouble with finding a great guy as we do with finding great girl friends!

thank you, i’m sorry for your loss as well – i know how hard it is to lose someone so integral at a young age. and you’ve got me too, feel free to PM whenever!

I had a bad night last night and I feel terrible about it.  We can only start fresh from here.

Hope you’re feeling a tad bit better.  I’ll be around all day/night actually because Fiance has work then class so he won’t be home until 9:30 tonight.  πŸ™

@elliestan: Well, I suffer from depression, unfortunately.  It’s been pretty obvious that I’ve been depressed so it’s putting a damper on us.  I’ve been trying really hard to get through it without having to go back on medications, but I’m just physically, mentally, and emotionally drained.  FI has always known about me being depressed, but I don’t think he knows how to handle it.  I know I can be a better person and I hate putting him through this.  It’s the silly things that make us argue so they’re not full out fights.  I’m just tired of feeling this way. Anyways, I’m taking things personally, yet I’m dishing out personal attacks myself.  I’m always much more blunt when I feel like this.  πŸ™

@Legallyblondiebride: Exactly.  He lists all the good things in life and I tell him that I am happy about these things, but when you’re dealing with clinical depression, it just outweighs everything.  I told him last night again that he really does make me happy.  I almost left last night for a few days because I feel like I need to remove the negativity.  He stopped me and told me to stop being childish, but he doesn’t understand…
