How far apart do you two live?  Can you go visit him?  Maybe take him some soup or ice cream?  That might make you feel better.  Keep your head up!

Why don’t you develop some hobbies outside of work and your relationship? With 6 hours of beautiful weather, there’s a lot you could have been doing that would have been free or close to free. Go for a long walk, join a casual sports league, volunteer, garden, do some photography (that’s my go-to). In my down time, I always have my own goals separate from my husband that are just to further myself – that’s what keeps me from feeling like you do when he’s busy, tired, etc. I’m fulfilled on my own – and it’s awesome! Try a meetup group (meetup.com) or another local site!

In the words of one of my favorite songs I listen to when I feel that way, “Hold on, change is comin!”  I’m sorry you feel that way, I’ve felt that way many times and I think its natural because you’re disappointed.  Maybe tomorrow you should go outside when YOU want to and not wait for him. ๐Ÿ™‚  That used to help me.

You’re sooooo lucky to have 6 hours to yourself every day!  You’re going to look back on it one day and wish you had it again!

What about volunteering?  You could serve at a local shelter or stuff envelopes at a non profit.  You would meet tons of people, and expand your circle of friends.  With that much free time, you might also think about getting a 2nd job, like dog walking for a service.  The extra money would definitely be nice!
