(Closed) long distance wedding and fido

I wouldnt bring him. It sounds like extra stress to deal with. Why don’t you put him in a boarding place while you are gone? The good ones should give him lots of attention and play time with other dogs.

I had this same issue, I originally wanted to bring our dog. But we had a wonderful neighbor take care of him for us. Traveling with a dog is really a lot of stress and it could make bad behavior worse or even cause him to develop some if he doesn’t have it already.<br /><br />I’d find a neighbor or a friend to watch him, or board him somewhere. Most vets I’ve seen board pets and if they don’t they can tell you who can.
