How many of you are going to wear a longline bra? what are the advantages of this? I’m considering wearing one but have never worn one before. I’m assuming that it eliminates the problem of regular strapless bras slipping down? Any advice is appreciated

Well, I voted yes because I’ve got a rack and the corset style helps to support your breasts from beneath–which a regular strapless can’t do. So they are very good for ladies with large chests. My rack looked AMAZING on the big day, I have to say.
They’re NOT great depending on what style you choose. Corset styles are well, a bit constricting. Like, I couldn’t eat as much as I would have liked. However, they do make longlines that are not corset style, so you might try one of those if comfort is an issue.
Get fitted for one, though. Chances are, you should go up a cup size and down a band size with strapless bras (nearly identitcal to your regular size, but the extra tightness in the band will help it stay up), but every manufacturer has different sizing and it’ll help to have a pro give you recommendations.

@JennyW1: Oh ok thanks for that. I’m small chested and definitely need a good pushup.. I think I just have to go try one on and see how I feel about it

Since your question is asking if you wore one, I’m adding the option *No, I am just not wearing one* and voting for that 🙂 I think the longline bras are great in some occasions but for my wedding dress I don’t plan on wearing one. I typically smaller chested and would like a fuller and more perky set of girls lol but instead of a bra, I’m just adding cups to my dress and making sure the chest fits really, really well.
