Hi everyone! Longtime lurker here. I’ve been following along for several years (maybe over 5?) and have loved (from the background) all the helpful advice everyone gives and seeing life stories develop over time!
My family and I are beginning to feel a little desperate, and I’m asking for your help. My Granddad, Gene Hafeman, has been missing since Saturday morning. He’s 97 and lives in Phoenix, AZ. He was last seen walking (with a walker) to his car – yes, he drives! He’s a young 97! He doesn’t have dementia or related mental difficulties and he always lets others know if he’s going somewhere far. We don’t believe he took off somewhere because he left his medicine at his condo, so we’re completely bewildered and concerned. Also, he drives a white 2011 Chrysler 300 displaying AZ/LP (No. WCGCZ55).
PLEASE, PLEASE SHARE the silver alert or the video (which has some better pictures of him). If he did leave the state it could be to California (where his son lives), Kansas (where he grew up), or Arlington/DC (where my Nana, his wife, is buried).

So far they’ve done a helicopter fly-over of the desert and haven’t found any signs and I believe a search party either or is going to go parking lot to parking lot to look for his car. I promise to update as more information is gathered, especially because I appreciate updates!
Thank you all who help!

A quick Google search shows this is legitimate. I’m going to leave it up for now. Best of luck, Bee.

Thanks for leaving it up. I think our panic has been rising the longer this goes on. Also, the silver alert has a typo – it says last seen Sunday, but it should be Saturday. He’s been missing for maybe 4 days now.
