I’m working with Stems and Vines in St Paul.  I don’t know how they compare, but we’re choosing to only have flowers for me, my attendants, and our moms.  The men will get pocket squares and our centerpieces are candles.  With only getting a few things, the price isn’t bad at all.

The best one hands down is Simply Stated Elegance. http://www.simplylstatedelegance.com.

You only pay wholesale for the flowers and then an hourly fee for her services. It’s great!

@Lara Bee – I too am looking for an inexpensive florist (for a friend), but the link you posted didn’t work. 🙁

Our flowers are being done by Marah Cole http://www.marahcoledesigns.com/. She works from her home, so she doesn’t have many overhead costs. She was very flexible with finding something that worked for our budget. And she’s so enthusiastic, honest, and friendly. Highly recommend!

go to the Minneapolis farmer’s market.  If I had lived in the cities I would have bought all my flowers there.  So cheap and beautiful!

I am using Kari, owner of KMB floral.  She does great work and her prices are awesome.  Also she has vases and other items that she rents at really reasonable rates.  Here is a link to her website so you can check out her work.  Good luck planning!

I just ended up doing silk bouquets myself. I made my bouquet, 5 Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets, and a toss bouquet for around$60. I was having trouble finding that many bouquets for under $500. Here is they turned out.

Faux bouquets save a ton of money and there are so many options now EXAMPLES.
