Hi Melanie!!! I am looking for the same thing!!! What have you found so far? I liked Ramsey’s at the Club in Toluca Lake but no outdoors… any luck on your end?

What are you defining as a reasonable price?  Oviatt Penthouse might work but the capacity is not that big.  Maybe Union Station but it doesn’t have a view.

50-70 guests for 10K or under ideally for place, food and alcohol. Oviatt is owned by TrulyYours Catering and I didn’t like the way they handled things at Malbou Lake ( that was originally my #1 choice, she quoted me around 8,500 for 75 people total with BYOB.

All these venues are medium sized places where you have to bring all your own vendors in – these are my favorite types of weddings to photograph as they are so personal and real. However bear in mind the extra work involved with planning a wedding at a venue like this and if you descide to go that route try and have as much support from friends and family as possible as it can get a little stressful. But like I said i love weddings like that so would say go for it!!
