have you checkout out La Sposa’s ‘Fanal’? That is my dress and when I saw your thred title I thought you were describing her!! It would come in far under your budget, although not sure if there might be too much rouching for you…? It does fit your other specs of decent train, sweetheart neckline, etc…

It is plain silk satin, no bling or lace or anything, but I got a Pronovias sash and it added just the right amount of bling. Plus I love that even though there are a bunch of other girls with the same dress, my look will be unique.

hope you find something you love!!

In my helping you find your dress, I found a dress that I now have a slight bit of regret over, so thanks for that 😉

Anyway, a few to try:

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?keywordText=fit+and+flare+satin&keywordType=any&pageSize=15&page=6&style=V7120

Another Maggie, one sholder with lace detailing

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?keywordText=fit+and+flare+satin&keywordType=any&pageSize=15&page=10&style=S5290

A gorgeous one sholder Sottero and Midgley

http://www.sotteroandmidgley.com/dress.aspx?pageSize=100&style=RSM1076

This sottero and midgley is more of a fit and flare

http://www.sotteroandmidgley.com/dress.aspx?pageSize=100&style=ASM3413

This one fits all of your requirements, just might not be “mermaid” enough

Can you tell I love Maggie Sottero? lol Hope this helped!

Also style # 7082 and 7151 from

Do a search in wedding bee for Sottero & Midgley ‘Mae’, it might be what you are looking for. Its the dress I have and it is gorgeous!

I say look at wedding bee as the pics on the Sottero & Midgley site do not (IMHO) reflect what the dress actually looks like. I really dont like the pics on the site! lol

Hey,

Noticed some girls mentioning Tierney by Sottero and Midgley. I just bought this dress, and it looks far better in person than on the website. Dress is two sizes too small, but this is roughly what it looks like! Good luck!
