Hi!
My finace and I are newly engaged and recently toured one place called the Turnip rose in orange county and we loved it but we are looking for more options before we put a deposit down. We’re on a tight budget, i do not mind having my ceremony outdoors but do prefer the reception indoors because we will be getting married in November, so we can never predict the weather at that time. If anyone has any suggestions of any places where they do the ceremony and receptions at the same place, i would greatly appreciate it! we reside in whittier, CA. I am looking in LA, OC, Long Beach area. Thank you for the suggestions in advance! greatly appreciated!!

My fiancé and I booked seven-degrees for our October 7 2017 wedding. Ceremony is up in the terrace area and the reception is indoors. They are an art gallery and a semi inclusive venue. They are very responsive and the coordinators are awesome! 🙂

When we were looking at doing a Destination Wedding, I was seriously considering the Beverly Garland. They’ve got a ballroom, but we had a very small gueslist (30 people), so they even offered the lounge with the fireplace for us.
We also looked at the University Club of Pasedena. Gorgeous outdoor garden for the ceremony, and indoors for the reception.
Both of these were in our budget, which was about $3,000 for venue, ceremony and catering for 30 people.
