Wow, sounds like such a fun wedding!  How about hanging aquatic shaped pieces of paper (fish, starfish, octopus, etc.) ornament-style from a large piece of coral?

How about getting blank escort cards and finding stamps that go along with each tables theme (i.e. seahorse, dolphin, etc) and stamping the image onto the card?

Depending on how many people you have maybe you can cut out the shape of a different fish for each table out of shrinky dinks and write their name on it. Shrinky dinks just have a cool translucent quality that would be cool for an aquarium.

Make sure with the Aquarium regarding what is and what is not allowed.  I work at an Aquarium and we do not allow and sand or shells (previously living or alive) because it could contaminate the exisiting exhibits.

I love the escort cards that are dolphins and the actual cards go in the fin.  Super cute!

I love LLauRRa’s idea of shrinky dinks!  So much fun!  How are you naming your tables?  I was thinking you could name them different fish or other animal creatures, use a stamp of the animal on the escort card, and then display them on the coral ala Wheresmydessert (what a great idea). Not sure what you could use for coral.  The only thing coming to mine is using a bonsai tree, shaping it, and spraying with some sort of orange/pink paint.  Sorry, I don’t think that idea is very good…just trying to give you something new!
