Buy Buy Baby has a registry “kickstarter” list that is dedicated to baby necessities for small spaces. That might help a little!

fisher price has swings and such that are labeled space saver. the swing/seat is a lifesaver for us. its very small and sits low to the ground. we dont have a high chair yet but they also have the one that attaches to a dining chair rather than a stand alone. i use a rock and play for bed time as he wont need a crib for a while. our pack and play is currently used as a blanket holder downstairs.

lots of things you wont need right away

I’m trying not to accumulate too much either, it’s hard! One tip would be to think about multi-use and long term use…like we kind of wanted a baby recliner seat type thing…and then would eventually want a high chair…so we are getting a 3 in 1 that does multi positions and heights. Baby seat, high chair, and then you can take the tray off and line it up to the table.

Or you can do like gmbm1012 says, I saw a friend of mine do that, just have a high chair that attaches to the seat or table.

A rock and play sleeper I took that thing everywhere. It took up less space than our pack and play and is very light.
