Can you see how many cowboy boots you can borrow and stick some ferns, branches and whatever nice things you can find around there and stick them in it for nice “wild” arrangements

Bandanas are uaually really cheap. You could use those for napkins or as placements or other decorations. Sew them together for a tablecloth, fold into triangles to make a banner

Twine is cheap and cowboy rustic. You could wrap it wround old jars or wine bottles and stick nice branches, long grass cuttings, ferns again in it for a vase.

You could use real cactus plants in clay pots for decor.

Thin rope to make tiny lasso’s for napkin rings,

Use a cowboy hat from the dollar store upside down as a vase or holder for your centerpiece flowers.

My mom, sister and I just threw a cowboy/country themed shower for my little sister and it was a hit.  We used the link listed below for a rough idea for the shower.  I made the pies in mini mason jars.  We picked some wild daisies to put in regular sized mason jars.  Also, if you live near a Hobby Lobby, they have miniature hay bales on sale right now.  We didn’t have any little cowboy boots, but if you want to, you can typically find little ceramic scultptures of boots at the craft stores…shouldn’t take too long to paint!

SOmething I’ve seen lately that is cute – only applies if the parents don’t know the gender.  You have pink and blue nametags that the shower guests put on – they pick pink or blue depending on what they think they baby will be.  Maybe you could somehow diy pink and blue cowboy hats/boots?

Have fun 🙂
