Go to QFC in either Ballard or Crown Hill. I have worked with both locations and not only do they practically throw their cheap prices at you (and give you a bulk discount!), but they will work with you to find the perfect floral choice, the best distributor, etc. I am currently working with Ella at the Ballard store and I cannot say enough about her. This should probably go under reviews but I have already yelped her and it occured to me that other brides were probably risking it by going to the bulk florist shop in south seattle or *gasp* online. Don’t bother. Seriously, look at these pricess…and keep in mind that I am doing kind of an outdoor funky camping event so my flowers express that. A lot of these flowers are hard to come by local producers and these are extremely competitive prices because they have bulk contracts in the region. Let me know if you have any questions!
Allium-$3 a stem
Ranunculas-off season price is 10 stems for $30
Anemones-10 stems for $15.99
QueenAnnes lace-10 for $13.99
White Daisies-8 stem bunches for $6.99
Garden Roses-12 stems at $4.99 a stem (I know, CRAZY right) OR we could just use the regular CB roses I get every week for only $9.99 a dozen…I will beg borrow and steal white ones! I think they will be fine, but let me know.
Gladiolas-10 stems for $19.99
Delphinium-(larkspur color)10 for $17.99
Mums-8 stem bunches for $6.99
Dahlias-5 stems for $9.99
Gardenia-3pack at $12 per bloom
Freesia-10 stems for $12.99
Genestra-$19.99 for the bunch in colors you liked
Alstro-5 stem bunches at $5.99
Carnation-$1 a stem(or I could order the mini bunches for around 5 or 6$ ea
Edit – I mean, the prices for the Dahlias and Allium speak for themselves. They would be twice the price anywhere else, including a farmers market!
