I don’t know if they would cater all the way to New Hope but Tuscany Italian Market in Jackson, NJ catered my wedding and the food was AMAZING and extremely reasonable. He had to custom make a whole side menu for food-allergies as well and he was super sweet and did an amazing job! Highly recommend.

I got married right down the road in Stockton, NJ.

I used Brillman’s Rental Barn in Newtown, PA and they have farm tables (that’s what I rented for my wedding).  Brillman’s definitely has more cost effective option but farm tables are not one of those (and probably won’t be anywhere).  They can be difficult to work with in that you need to be on their back about everything (they are terrible at getting back to you) but from what I’ve heard about other rental companies in that area they’re probably your best bet.  And at the end of the day they really do deliver.  Once the quote was right- they executed perfectly.  They have a show room in Newtown you can go to to check out all their stuff and get prices and such.

I’ve heard TERRIBLE things about Newtown Rentals (I think that’s what it’s called) with not delivering what they were supposed to (and not refunding money/ trying to charge the customer for a table cloth that was never delivered but they said went missing).  I heard they are alos expensive, so I would stay clear of them.  I don’t think you have a lot of rental options but Brillman’s may be your best bet.

For a caterer I used Emily’s Cafe and Catering in Pennington, NJ.  My wedding was rustic/vintage and their cafe has the exact same feel.  They have a lot of props (signs, crates, etc.) that they let you use for no extra charge.  They aren’t super expensive but they aren’t cheap either.  They also do EVERYTHING for you the day of.  They set up my massive amount of DIY decorations and executed the table setting flawlessly.  I had a completely DIY venue (I even had to rent an oven for the caterer) and they set up everything and broke it all down at the end of the night.  I would recommend them 100x over.  People are still raving about the food (mostly the wild mushroom ravioli-yum!)

A cheaper option might be BBQ- Bitter Bob’s BBQ i’ve heard is really good, but I can’t vouch for it personally.

I think you’re going to be hard pressed to find what you are looking for for 10k (for food and rentals) for 150 people in that area.  But both places I mentioned seem really willing to work with you though.

Let me know if you have questions about anything in that area- I did a lot of research for my wedding so maybe it can help someone else out!  Good Luck!
