My bf and I have been talking about rings, I found a shop on Etsy called Nature Sparkle they have an address in NYC and it seems like a legit site. Their Etsy has 29 reviews (all positive) but not much other info. I messaged them and they claimed to only have started selling rings on Etsy this past year, does anyone have any experience with this company? Their prices are great and the reviews are awesome, I just don’t want to pay thousands and get ripped off….

Hey! I also found Nature Sparkle on Etsy and right away went to their personal website and got in contact with Jon, I believe that’s the owner. They seem pretty legit to me but I have yet to make a purchase. I have been looking at the Bianca ring and have been asking Jon many different questions and each time he is quick with his responsive. I will be purchasing from them in the next few weeks so I will update you.
Great prices and beautiful rings, but I get it, it’s still nerve racking not knowing.

I just checked out the website, and it is important to note that the diamonds are clarity enhanced stones. I don’t know much, but I think that clarity enhanced diamonds are more prone to breaking/cleaving, and that the enhancement can degrade over time?

It came the day to buy the ring and we decided to really look into them as it is an expensive purchase. Come to find their eBay shop and their number one selling product is flip flops and they also sold sex games. This made us extremely uneasy so we decided against buying from them. I then began researching to find a place similar to them and Best Brilliance came up on Facebook. Very similar in pricing but has a ton of reviews and an Instagram with actual people who bought rings from them. In the end we purchased a bridal set from Best Brilliance. I hope this helps!

I did order from Nature Sparkle. I would NOT suggest it. The reviews and web presence made them seem pretty legit, and they worked with us to source diamonds that were affordable but not treated like most of their stones. There were a few delays, and when they sent a photo of the ring it had the wrong prongs: I asked for claw prongs and they had made it with round ones instead. They “fixed” it relatively quickly and sent it to me. When it arrived the stones were gorgeous but something didn’t seem right. I’m a designer, and I quickly realized that the stones were slightly crooked. Then I looked closer and saw the prongs were a HOT MESS. Some were extremely crooked, some damaged, some round, some almost missing… My only guess is that maybe they just tried to make the round prongs look like claws instead of getting a new setting.
I requested a new setting and sent it back. Next came months and months of empty promises. With COVID delays I was understanding, but even after opening back up I was promised “we will work on this tomorrow” and then communication stopped. The earlier craftsmanship issues made me extremely nervous, wondering if I was going to be screwed over. I asked for a refund this week and they said they will send it, but nothing yet.
