I can email you a restaurant guide that covers rome and venice if you want. I am obsessed with Rome and food. Of the other cities you mentioned I would lean towards Amsterdam or Vienna. Paris is awesome but very expensive and tourisy which you’re already getting with Rome. It would be nicer to mix it up with a softer experience for the honeymoon. Amsterdam has so much to do and people ride bikes everywhere and take canal crusies, lots of romantic stuff. Vienna is very old Europe with lots of strolling and a very romantic ferris wheel. Have you watched Before Sunrise lately?  Super romantic and takes place in Vienna. Watch it to put you in the mood!

Cheap flights all over Europe now make flying from one eurpean city much more conveneint and cheap that train travel. though I loooooooooooove train travel, it’s so romantic sometimes its worth the extra time (but between venice and rome defintley the train)
