@frommisstomrs.:  Yeah I tried to search the image to find where the original source may have been…. All I got was several blogs and pinterest posts, NONE identifying where it’s from…. Sorry!!!  Hopefully there’s an “in the know” designer dress fan who can identify it by sight.

The design doesn’t look like anything Marchesa has done recently.

I don’t think you’d see corsets on Marchesa dresses, either.

The mystery continues…

@frommisstomrs.: The designer is Pham Dang Anh Thu, owner of fashion house Joli Poli.

This dress is one used in a fashion shoot featuring model Ngoc Quyen. I think she is from Vietnam.

Use Google Image Search to find things like this:

How to ID a Wedding Dress from a Picture

then use Google Translate:

@julies1949:  whoa. you are good!

This dress would look stunning (IMO) with buttons! Posts like these make me wish it were acceptable to wear dresses like these every weekend.

@sheepandbear:  oh my gosh, no chiding….I even thought about investing in some cute 50’s style tea length dresses…..I have no where to wear those either!
