I want to use huge oversized cylinder vases filled with flowering branches, a la this picture (credit to Brides.com), in lieu of an arch during our ceremony, but our florist is having a hard time finding them through her regular distributers. Does anyone have any thoughts where I might find them?

Thanks — have you seen really tall ones there, though? I’m thinking at least 4 ft tall (but preferably 5 or 6 ft) with a wide circumference, like in the picture. I just looked at their websites and all I see are (relatively) small ones listed online.

I’ve been looking for them as well and am having trouble finding them vases as tall. I saw something similar in the CB2 catalogue, http://www.CB2.com. Please let me know if you find anything that works.

You might have to go to Michael’s… I know the store by me has 5ft vases in stock. Good luck!

Also try Old Time Pottery, Hobby Lobby, and GardenRidge! I went by an Old Time Pottery this weekend, and they were sold out of them, but they were going for $3.99 for a 12″….they had them all the way up to 3′!
