Has anyone tried on this dress: Addison by Maggie Sottero? It looks beautiful but I’m wondering what it looks like on a real bride.

@pmkn10: did u ever find any real pics of this dress? I would love to see as well if anyone has tried it on 🙂
I bought this dress and loved it from the second I put it on. I don’t have any pictures with the alterations completed but here are a few from when I tried it on in the shop. I’m having the ruffles in the front unpinned so they lay down instead of upward and I’m having a crystal belt sewn in.
Hope the picture gives you a better idea of what the dress looks like! I had the same problem and couldn’t find a single real bride in the dress.
I just bought this dress on the weekend! I am 5′ nothing and it really elongates me! I love how original the bottom is! I bought mine with a belt as I felt it accenuated my waist more! I’ll post a pic once it comes in!
I’m also adding a crystal belt, and turning the neck into a sweetheart.
Please share your pics! 🙂
Not really Sure why I can’t load pictures, but this was the best choice I made. People remembered this dress! I added more of a sweetheart neckline, and added some darting to accentuate my little “girls” and avoid a bra! I had a French bustle for the reception. I was back and forth about the belt, but decided that the rosette in the dress was enough- I didn’t want busy. I decided on a very simple fingertip veil I bought on etay.com for $20. Perfect. Love love love this gown!
My wedding had a romantic French feel. My maids were in long chiffon Jim hjelm dresses in shades of candlelight, rose, and blush. Dress fit perfectly.
