I’m late to this thread, but I love my engraved band from Rare Earth! Both rings are 3mm. I only wear my band most days and I like that it is super simple but still visually interesting. It has held up to a year of constant very hard wear. 20170322_14275316

My band recently came in! Eventually we will buy the three stone baguette band that matches with the ring, but I decided to go with a 2mm low dome white gold band for the moment. Also I really wanted a plain band to wear alone and I love the simplicity of it with my ering.

Why don’t you try a bubble band or as already someone suggested a twisted band? I think both have a nice structure, and give you the desired plainness.

Take a look at Orospot on Etsy, they have both styles, and also nice carved band in every width.
