Are you wanting to buy, or DIY?

If you wanted to DIY, I used this template for the boarding pass format (with a few tweaks) http://www.ayleebits.com/templates.htm. there is also a template for the passport style invites there too.

I made my invitations with this tutorial: http://lifeofkle.wordpress.com/2011/05/16/diy-boarding-pass-wedding-invitations-part-two-the-insides/

and this site has a template for printable luggage tag inserts: http://design.jodyprouse.com/templates.html

@lipsmackerin: You’re welcome! Through some trial and error, I figured out how to make thefolders for the boarding passes with std. 8.5×11 paper. I figured less cuts on the paper = less work for me 🙂 I can look at the measurements I used and post it later

ok, so using a 8.5×11 sheet of cardstock, measuring from the top, I made a fold at 1 3/4″, 5 1/2″, 9 1/8″.

I also edited the original ayleebits template size so that one of the boarding pass pages could be used as a postcard RSVP for guests to mail back. PM me your email if you’re interested and I can email you what I have.
