My e-ring is similar to yours, I decided to go with a matching pave wedding band that’s just slightly thicker than my e-ring.

The combination of plain wedding band and pave engagement ring is my all-time favorite. It’s really classy looking, it’s very obviously two separate rings (matching sets tend to look like one wide band), and the plain band is totally indestructible so can be worn 24/7.

I went with an antique v band with a few sapphires. I think it’s a nice touch of colour and it clearly 2 rings which I like.

I’d go for matching or plain with your ering.  Mine is matching and I love it!  But I also have worn just a plain band prior to this one.
