@prettyinpink11:  Indeed! I am so thankful for the beautiful day we had today, even though I’m more of a grey sky kind-of-gal as oppose to bright sun. Now, my view consists of the Purdue vs. Notre Dame football game on my living room tv. BOILER UP!

outside is the beach volleyball court, kids playground area, dumpster and parking lot for our apt complex. mostly, from where i’m sitting, i can only see another one of the apt buildings (i can’t even really call it that – there are only 24 apts over 3 floors, they just look like mansions but not buildings).

I’m babysitting. I see the next door neighbor’s garage out the living room window. The kids are asleep and HGTV is on. Life is good.

Trees, a busy street, and the 7 Eleven across the street. 😛

My neighbours ugly new door they painted that does not match the rest of the house.  I love the colour on it’s own, but it doesn’t match the colour scheme.  Everyone that comes over comments on how stupid it looks.

It’s pitch dark out there now but earlier today I could see a great big (by English standards!) harvested field with an ancient oak tree in the middle of it, a barn, the distant hills and quite a few trees that are just starting to turn autumnal. I have no neighbours for nearly a mile on one side of the house so it tends to look as if the world has ended and left just me alive in it!

@prettyinpink11:  Fairly typical Australian back yard: verandah, lawn, shed, clothes line, my plants, my son’s bike, my daughter’s craft…

I’m at work.  All I  see is construction.  On one side they are building an LA  Fitness and the other they are tearing  the high school down to make it  bigger.
