Im in the search For a wedding down with cap sleeves with some sort of beading or crystals on them. I came across this beautiful illusion neckline and was looking for some opinions on what you thought it looked like. It’s not attached to the actual address and I’m wondering if it looks odd as just a drape on the top. I Like the thought of cap sleeves as I’m not a super young bride and I think the dresses with any sort of sleeves or straps stand out, but I also don’t want to look matronly. If that makes any sense…
since it’s not attached, I could remove it- which is a plus!

I can’t even tell it’s not attached – I never would have known. Personally, I love it. I think it looks classy, elegant and vintage!

I don’t think it looks odd at all. i think it looks beautiful, and I wouldn’t have even realized it wasn’t attached had you not mentioned it!

@Soon2BMrsG2014: I had no idea it wasn’t attached, and I was seriously about to ask you where I could get it because I’m in the market for an illusion neckline too. That is goooorgeous. Just make sure that you get a dress with a neckline accomodating to the piece.

That is absolutely beautiful. When I was looking at the back I thought it wasn’t attached, but then when I looked at the front I wasn’t sure.

this is The other dress that I am very interested in because of the top. I’m not sure if I’m a fan of the shiny satin. I love the top so much that I might not care about the rest of the dress. LOL.
I think the illusion neckline definitely makes it stand out.

LOVE the second dress! I think it’s much more dramatic and fun.

yes, I LOVE the Maggie also, but I’m not sure how I will look in such a fitted dress. That’s why I was looking for something comparable and found the first illusion caplet. I just need to find the right dress for it.
