You could email their customer service and ask about sending the stone back to be set in one of their settings. From what I’ve heard it should not cost much to have it set at a local jeweler. Alot of the time if you purchase a setting from a jeweler they will set the stone for free. Any good jeweler would not have trouble setting an amora gem. It’s one of the hardest stones on the mohs scale next to diamond.

its normally very easy to have it set. you just need to make sure you get a setting to fit your stone. You would have to ask if BTD would set the stone after the fact as i am not sure what their policy is. If they have a stone in the size you want I would snatch it up soon! they go like hotcakes in the smaller sizes.
