So I have lost about 60 pounds, and it came off fairly fast. I still have about 30 left til I get to my goal, but I have noticed alot of loose skin, esp on my tummy and arms. I workout with weights, but is there any other way to tighten up this skin? I am pretty proud of my slimmed arms, but it really sucks to have the jiggly bat wings. I bought some toning lotion that I’ve been using, but any other tips or suggestions would be appriciated.
