Get a personal trainer, even a two week session will do wonders. When losing this much weight you must tone as much as possible, its worth the extra money. Also  make sure your eating. Losing weight slower helps the skin bounce back to a smaller shape like a rubber band, when you drop weight too fast it doesn’t have time to readjust. Good luck
