I’m currently using it! It’s really helpful for me as I tend to justify eating more dessert by saying “what’s one more?”. This app helps keeps me accountable, or else I’d probably never stop eating lol. I’ve currently hit a plateau, but I’m consistent with it and use it every day for every snack and meal. I know that this isn’t just a one-time thing I need to do. I will likely need to use an app like this to track calories for the rest of my life if I want to maintain results and not fall back into bad habits!

Good luck!

Used it. My work tried getting us to use it for some sort of weight-loss incentive program. The food database was too small… I personally hated it. I prefer MyFitnessPal.

juneberries:  My husband uses it religiously, he loves it.  He’s lost 25 pounds.  I use it off and on because I’m just not as regimented as him in general but I do like the app. I know most people use my fitness pal.

One thing I liked about it-and maybe you can do this with all calorie trackers (most likely can) is write your own recipes and share them.  So after dinner I would input all the ingredients, name the dish and save to the foods library and lose it would compute the nutritional content.  My husband could then select that dish when logging his meals.  And that dish would be there in the database the next time I made it.
