I’m so sorry to hear about your loss Frown  Have you considered starting some classes as well as going to the gym?  I find that, since the gym is so ‘weight-loss’ and ‘improve your health’ centric, you tend to concentrate too much on how quickly the pudge is shifting.  If you start a new class, there are other things to concentrate on (learning a new skill, meeting new people, perhaps competitions and gradings) and the weight loss is a happy side-effect rather than the sole goal.

I’m really sorry to hear about your loss. If you’re not incorporating weights into your routine, you definitely should. There are so many videos to teach you different exercises. A mix of cardio and weight training will definitely get you the results you want. Also, food food food. Who knows which part is harder?!

Sorry for your loss.  I recomend weights as well and strength training which you can do at home, there are videos on you tube.   I got a routine from a cheap book.  You could always do extra walking/running too.

Sorry to hear about the loss hon. I had a miscarriage back in december of 2010, so if you need to talk, I’m just a PM away.

I can’t stand running these days. My knees are awful and while I have a knee brace that I wear, I just lost my passion for it. I have a cardio circuit that I found on Pinterest that I swear by and I LOVE it! I highly recommend it.

It kicks your arse.

I’ll then do a lower body circuit

followed by abs

or on my upper body days I do this circuit (one per day)

and abs. Make sure you do cardio before each workout, and do some stretching afterward. A little bit of yoga does the body and mind good πŸ™‚

Also, eating a banana after exercising helps lessen the lactic acid. Good luck babe!
