I have taken seasonique for 2 years and I loved everything about it! (DH and I are trying now so I’m off it). Besides the obvious of only getting periods 4 times a year, I had a lot of other positive experiences with this bc than I did with others. I had no skin issues or weight gain. I also had very little experience with mood shift. On some of the others I tried I would cry for no reason.

It was great for wedding planning too. I got married in December. I was able to start the packs so that I didn’t have my period for my shower, for thanksgiving, the wedding, Christmas, honeymoon and New Years! It was a pretty awesome 3 months LOL.

I was on seasonique for 3+ years, and only switched due to my new insurance not covering it. I did have some breakthrough bleeding the first year, but after that it was great.

I’ve been on a different BC for a year now and have had weight gain, so I may switch back (insurance is covering more of seasonique now). I didn’t notice any change in acne, but I haven’t had bad acne since I was a teen.

I look LoSeasonique.  It was okay but I think it still had too much hormones for me.
