I LOVE loseit!! I use it daily… I have lost 17.5 lbs so far πŸ™‚

i used to do Lose It before I joined Weight Watchers. I like point systems better than calorie counters.

@cupcakebride2013:  THANKS!!! It feels really good! Although I only lost .5 lbs last week. I was pretty disappointed.

I use LoseIt!  I lost about 35 lbs between 2011-2012 using that.  I’m up about 13 lbs right now, but back to working out and using loseit again.

@cupcakebride2013:  Thanks lady! I just work so hard and .5 lbs seems like nothing when I was losing up to 4 lbs a week early on. But I have been pushing myself this week and coming in just under calories so hopefully Saturday will show more lost πŸ™‚

@cupcakebride2013:  I switch it up. Gym days I run/walk for 30 mins and do the elliptical or bike for 30 mins. The other 2 days I take a class called Tone Zone. We do all different exercises with hand weights, the ball, and body weight. Think a TON of body weight squats, a million abs, and lots of arms.

@cupcakebride2013:  Seems like you have a good program in place. You would LOVE TZ! I was super nervous at first and I honestly couldn’t walk after the first and second class. But now I crave the sore muscles… I figure if they are sore they got worked πŸ™‚
