I know this is not a great thing to talk about but….I am 130lbs and I have this bulge of fat that sits right above my butt crack. (I know, nice) anyway, it has always been there but now that I am thinner it looks even worse. I have done some research and apparently it is called a lumbo-sacral fat pad. How do I get rid of this? Is liposuction the only option? Seriously, I would be down AT LEAST a pant size without this hump on my back/butt.

@MrsFuzzyFace: Is it it in the back love handle area, or lower down? Can you see “dimples of venus” above your butt in your lower back? How tall are you? Do you know if you have any pelvic tilt (backwards=natural arch in back, butt sticks out a little at end of spine, forwards= spine bent forward at middle, may have trouble engaging your butt during exercise, may have a generally flat butt)? What is your current fitness regime? Where else do you store fat?
Sorry, I may have a few ideas but I’m trying to understand the problem better.
