I just wanted to say I am so happy and I can actually see the results in my body, I am losing weight slowly but surely. I have a goal to lose 5 lbs a month and so far I have done it starting weight was 159 2 months later I am 148! YAY! Anyone trying to lose weight it is so very possible. It has to be slow and steady, changing my eating habits was so difficult for me but I have managed to substitute many things for healthier choices. i.e I love potatoe chips I found these veggie straws that have that same crunch and salt with less calories. I am excited to lose the 15 lbs I have left with 4 months to go.

Congrats. Losing weight is an accomplishment. Ive managed to gain twenty pounds in the last few years, but getting them off is SO hard!

Thank you bees its hard to keep that burger out of my mouth everyday but its all worth it.
@maggiemay0811: Girl I know what you are saying I gained so much weight from my kids and its so easy to put it on but losing it well its a B*tch.
