If its to much altering and you have the time, you may want to sell your dress and go shopping for a new one.  Your new body may look better in a different siloutte.

Congrats on the weight loss!

i was concerned about this when i ordered my gown…our wedding is still over a year out, and i am hoping to lose ~40lb before then…however i was nervous at the time that i ordered the gown that i might not lose as much, or maybe not at all, or possibly lose some and then gain back, etc…  i was between sizes, so what the consultant told me was that the best thing to do was order the smaller size, and that way if i stayed the same size they could let it out where i needed, since i would only be half a size bigger, and if i lost weight, they can take it in up to three sizes before the integrity of the design is lost and the dress would basically have to be recut.
