Since May, I have been making an effort to work out more often, and I’ve been especially dedicated the past month or so. I measured myself today and I have lost an inch off my waist from when I started (half an inch in the last 2 weeks), as well as 1/2 to 1 1/2 inches off other parts of me! YAY!!!!
Anyone else seeing results from their workout routine? 😀
